Yes. ABCO includes one-time delivery and setup within 50 odometer miles of the Golden Valley sales lot. Delivery beyond 50 miles is available for an additional mileage charge.
Does rent to own require a credit check?
No credit check is required. Eligible buildings are available with flexible 36- and 60-month rent-to-own terms, and there are no early payoff fees.
Can I customize my shed?
Yes. Choose from multiple shed styles, siding and trim colors, metal roof colors, doors, windows, porches, shelving, workbenches, and other available options.
How should I prepare my property for delivery?
The route and placement area must be clear and reasonably level. Plan for at least two feet of clearance beyond the building width, and check gates, turns, branches, power lines, rocks, sand, and other obstacles.
Can I see the buildings before I buy?
Absolutely. Visit our Golden Valley lot at 5481 AZ-68, near Verde Road, to walk through available buildings and compare construction, layouts, and options in person.
